I spent 7 years in the private school system benefiting from an excellent life experience that propelled my career but more importantly my life skills. Academic results and university places were by-products but nonetheless pretty important, but also, significantly, exposure to rugby, hockey, football and cricket were the highlights and I saw the best play first class cricket in the UK as well as achieving their academic ambitions. Put simply the UK independent schools offer the best programmes to bring out the talent in suitable individuals boasting the best facilities and coaching. My own children have played both regional and international cricket via this route and have achieved excellent academic results.
Sadly I was not talented enough to "make it" but my passion for this great game remains and nothing gives me more pleasure than connecting with talent across the globe and helping set them on their way. Please reach out for a chat and some honest advice.
